Measurement should be taken while the penis is completely flaccid (soft)—if you begin to get any degree of increased blood flow, wait for it to subside. You should be neither cold and stressed, nor overly warm.

• Pull and stretch the penis, by the head, straight out from the body and let go.
• Using a strip of paper about 1 inch wide, wrap as a "cuff" evenly around the penis about 1 inch up from the base, and mark with an ink pen where the paper strip overlaps itself.
• Remove this strip, open and lay it flat on a ruler, and make note of the circumference measurement on the order form.
• Repeat this same process 2 more times—5 to 10 minutes apart. These three measurements will most likely vary slightly. They will be taken into consideration in determining the necessary size of your TRAC•MAN^TM components.
